And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nJob Summary\nIn this role you will be responsible for performing CCI testing for internal and external clients.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform analysis using various techniques including established and experimental test methods. \nUse instrumentation both qualitatively and quantitatively where appropriate.Helium Leak, O2/CO2/Moisture-Pressure Headspace, Vacuum Decay, Pressure Decay, Dye Ingress testing, UV experience is a plus.\n\nManage projects from protocol to final report. \nTrain and certify analysts as appropriate. \nDevelop and validate methods.\nKeep current with new analytical technology.\nPossess ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.\nPrepare technical reports based on data from multiple analysts utilizing multiple analytical techniques.\nPrepare work instructions, SOPs, and qualification documentation.\nPrepare lab study designs and prepare study plans and protocols.\nInteract with internal and external clients as needed. \nWillingness to learn and apply new analytical techniques.\nPerform lab investigations, OOS, and OOT as required.\nServe as a role model for positive leadership.\nMeet individual and departmental goals as required.\nApply required cGMP regulations and internal QA procedures\nAdhere to established laboratory safety procedures.\nOther responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to performing testing in a cleanroom.\n\nEducation\nAssociate's Degree Microbiology or Science related discipline required \nBachelor's Degree Microbiology or Science related discipline preferred \nWork Experience\nBS in Chemistry or related technical degree required\nMinimum 3 Years of experience in a GMP Laboratory\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\ncGMP\nISO and USP/EP compendia\nStrong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail required\nAble to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description\nExperience in Helium Leak testing, O2/CO2/Moisture-pressure Headspace analysis, Vacuum Decay, Dye Ingress testing, Method Development and Validation\nAble to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times\nAble to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times #LI-NJ1 #LI-Onsite\nAdditional Requirements\nJob-related activities that require a physical activity such as standing in laboratory environment\nUse hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.\nJob-related activities that require a mental skill or ability such as communication, quick decision making, interpreting data, reading or writing, public speaking, etc. (e.g., Must be able to express or exchange ideas with employees; Must be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures)\nTravel Requirements\nNone: No travel required\nPhysical Requirements\nSedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
