And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\n Job Summary\nIn this role, you will be leading Engineering activities, such as engineering projects and processes, NPI projects, Leading HS&E activities and more. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within Engineering. Formulate, plan, and execute completion of projects in conjunction with technical leads to targeted timelines in a manner compliant to applicable governance policies and procedures. Responsible for compiling reporting status and critical issues to management and customers. Provides analysis for project plans and schedules to identify critical path(s), optimize plans, facilitate discussions between team members. In addition, perform validation of manufacturing equipment, issue documentation such as: validation reports/ protocols, SOP’s and Technical docs, on site production support inc. machine repair, failure investigation and more.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n1. Lead and manage High volume cross functional and cross organizational engineering projects.\n2. Plan, track, and manage program schedules in DevOps and Microsoft Project.\n3. Drives transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations. Analyze, Forecast and Report the program budget.\n4. Monitor resource needs and issues, work closely with resource managers to develop action plans to ensure program commitments remain on track. Compliments team deficiencies and drives financial accountability\n5. Support the development of business cases on assigned programs and track ROI for business initiatives including cost, benefits, and risk.\n6. Knowledge transfer and updating from R&D to Production Floor, for new products, new manufacturing process, new equipment, machines.\n7. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Productivity and process, products cost reduction.\n8. Support West Pharma IL manufacturing, quality control and Regulatory activities (machines related product and malfunctions analysis and repair).\n9. Sustain engineering support for all production processes (Machines Maintenance, repairs, spare- parts and enhancements).\n10. Tooling and production processes enhancements (Automations, Jigs and Fixtures- design and built).\n11. Lead Product Engineering Industrialize and Scale- up to mass production- projects managements (machines characterizations, Projects Follow- Ups: DR's, Acceptance tests, installations, Qualifications- Verification and Validations).\n12. Tech Office Management- (Documentations, Revisions, part and Product Specifications, Drawings and SOPs).\n13. Equipment and process qualifications/ enhancements for West Pharma IL production lines.\n14. Developments of products configurations.\nEducation\n B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.\nWork Experience\nExperience: at least 5-8 years in similar roles: Managing cross organizational large-scale projects in matrix structure with a multidisciplinary team (Engineering, QA, R&D, RA etc.). Responsible and accountable to meet project scope , timeline And budget. Experience in using project management tool such as MS Project.\nExperience in process engineering based on manufacturing automation (assembly and packaging machine), experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), experience in writing technical docs in english such as validation protocol, report, technical docs, SOP’s ad more. “Hands on” experience in repairing Automated machinery equipment.\nFluent in Hebrew and English: Writing/ Reading/ Speaking.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nExcellent organizational skills including the ability to efficiently evaluate, prioritize and handle multiple and changing projects.\nAbility to manage projects in a matrix structure\nAbility to work under pressure.\nExcellent Interpersonal communication.\nAbility to work independently self-directed.\nAnalytical problem-solving skills.\nTechnical experience and knowledge.\nCreativity.\nExcellence learning skills.\nExperience with Windows office and MS Projects.\nTravel Requirements\n10%: Up to 26 business days per year\nPhysical Requirements\nMedium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.\nCompetencies/Authorities\nCross functional and cross organizational engineering Project management\nAutomation, manufacturing Equipment design and process qualifications/ enhancements for West Pharma IL production lines.\nProduct Support Senior engineer at production floor.\nWest IL HS&E knowledge and authority (Health, Safety and environment)\nWest embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
