You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security and performance of critical systems while adhering to strict security and operational procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate, administer and maintain highly available physical, virtual, storage and networking infrastructure.\n\nSupport backup, restore and disaster recovery activities.\n\nPerform operating system and infrastructure patching.\n\nDiagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents.\n\nReview and implement approved infrastructure changes and upgrades.\n\nMaintain documentation, procedures and technical runbooks.\n\nContribute to audits, reporting activities and compliance requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with security procedures, privileged access controls and segregation of duties principles.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\n\n✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Engineering\n\n✔ Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure environments like:\n\nWindows Server and Linux Server administration\n\nVMware vSphere / ESXi\n\nTCP/IP networking, VLANs, DNS, routing and firewall concepts\n\nActive Directory and Group Policy\n\nBackup and recovery solutions\n\nPatch management and system hardening\n\nSAN storage technologies, RAID and capacity management\n\nInfrastructure monitoring and management tools\n\nAnti-virus and anti-malware platforms and EDR forensic solutions\n\n✔ Professional level English (C1/C2)\n\n✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n\nNice to Have\n\nPowerShell scripting or infrastructure automation\n\nVulnerability management and remediation processes\n\nLog management platforms\n\nITIL-based incident, problem and change management practices\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n\nAbility to work under pressure in critical environments\n\nExcellent team collaboration capabilities (internal and customer facing)\n\nClear communication non-technical stakeholders\n\nAttention to detail and security-minded approach\n\nMandatory Security Requirement\n\n⚠️ This position requires an active Top Secret NATO security clearance.
