In this role, you’ll coordinate inspections for customer projects across our locations, working with customers and internal teams to schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure inspections are completed in accordance with local requirements.\nThis is a high-volume, detail-oriented role focused on communication, organization, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMake high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer inspections\nCommunicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages\nRespond to incoming calls and voicemails, directing inquiries as needed\nReview reports to identify jobs ready for inspection and coordinate scheduling\nAccurately document inspection details and updates in our CRM system\nEnsure inspections are completed in accordance with local requirements\nPartner with branch leadership and Customer Service teams to identify jobs ready for inspection\nProvide updates to leadership on inspection status and progress\nMaintain established performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nAbility to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work\nAt least 2 years of customer service experience preferred\nExperience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel preferred\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly compensation\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPTO and paid holidays\nEmployee discounts and referral program\nCareer growth opportunities\nAbout West Shore Home\nAt West Shore Home, we’re redefining the home remodeling experience.
