This role supports the software development lifecycle and modernization of the digital platform behind the Blue UAS Cleared List, the system used to review and approve drone technologies for DoW use. In this role, you will oversee ServiceNow SPM/ITSM implementation and sustainment teams, monitor sprint velocity and burn down charts, maintain the program IMS and RIDAC log within ServiceNow, and provide executive level status briefings to Government leadership. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.\nApply today!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOversees the software development lifecycle, web database engineering, and modernization of the digital Blue List platform\nLeverages ServiceNow's native project management tools to ensure implementation and sustainment teams execute on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with program requirements\nServes as the Government's technical oversight and integration team, bridging the Government IT Program Manager and development and sustainment teams\nMonitors and evaluates daily progress, sprint velocity, and burn down charts of the implementation and sustainment teams\nDesigns and maintains real time dashboards natively within ServiceNow SPM/ITSM to track implementation velocity, defect rates, and sustainment ticket resolution times\nReviews, validates, and provides formally documented evaluations and independent recommendations to the Government PM for acceptance or rejection of technical submissions\nCoordinates schedules and technical dependencies between the implementation team, sustainment team, and external DoW/DoD partners\nSupports the CPM to consolidate, maintain, and manage the Government's IMS and program level RIDAC log natively within ServiceNow SPM\nProvides executive level weekly program status briefings, slide decks, and reports summarizing cross vendor execution, milestone risks, and resource utilization\nEnsures all personnel meet applicable qualifications and certification requirements outlined in DoDM 8140.03\nBACKGROUND/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a technical discipline\nAt least five (5) years of experience in IT project management, PMO support, or IV&V for enterprise IT portfolios, including at least two (2) years specifically overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within DoW or Federal programs\nActive Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required\nBroad technical knowledge of DoW secure cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud or Microsoft Azure Government) at Impact Level 4 (IL-4) or higher, DevSecOps pipelines, and API driven platform architectures\nDemonstrated experience implementing and managing projects within ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0 modules\nLOCATION\nSan Diego, CA - DCMA Facility\nCLEARANCE\nActive or interim DoW security clearance; favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation required\nMust be a US Citizen\nCLIENT\nDefense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Unmanned Systems-Experimental (US-X) command\nHOURS\n40 hours per week\n8 hours per day\nEMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION\nEmployment Classification Eligibility - W2\nRELOCATION\nNot eligible for relocation benefits\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range: $115,000 - $165,000\nBenefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options.
