We are looking for people who can work confidently between business and technology and turn complex financial processes into requirements that engineering teams can actually deliver.\nDepending on the project, you may support banking transformation, investment-banking platforms, risk, regulatory change, onboarding, lending, cards, process automation, data initiatives or other business-critical technology programmes.\nWhat You’ll Work On\ngathering and analysing business and functional requirements\n\ntranslating business needs into clear delivery-ready requirements\n\nprocess mapping, gap analysis and impact assessment\n\nworking with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders\n\ncreating user stories, acceptance criteria and structured documentation\n\nanalysing dependencies across systems, processes and teams\n\nsupporting solution design and implementation decisions\n\nclarifying requirements throughout delivery and supporting UAT / acceptance where required\n\nhelping maintain alignment between business decisions, documentation and implementation\n\nMust Have\n5+ years of Business Analysis experience\n\ncommercial experience in banking, investment banking, fintech or another financial-services environment\n\nstrong requirements analysis and process-modelling skills\n\nexperience working closely with IT / engineering teams\n\nability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders\n\nJira and Confluence or similar tools\n\nstrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\ngood English\n\nability to work independently with senior stakeholders\n\nStrong Advantage\ninvestment banking, capital markets or risk projects\n\ncore banking, lending, cards or digital banking\n\nAML / KYC, onboarding or regulatory change\n\ndata, AI or process-automation initiatives\n\nAPI-based systems and complex integrations\n\nBPMN, UML or other formal modelling approaches\n\nexperience with large transformation programmes or international banking organisations\n\nWorking Model\nB2B cooperation\n\nremote or hybrid work depending on the project\n\nprojects with banks, investment firms and other financial institutions\n\nclose cooperation with business and engineering stakeholders\n\ninternational environments with English used on most projects\n\nB2B Rate\n120–170 PLN/h + VAT\nFinal rate depends on seniority, domain experience and project scope.\nWhy West Code\nWest Code builds engineering teams around ownership and strong technical delivery, not just individual roles.
