for technology projects involving predictive modelling, probability estimation and data-driven decision systems.\nWe are particularly interested in specialists who combine strong statistical foundations with practical experience developing, validating and deploying predictive models in complex, data-rich environments.\nDepending on the project, you may work on sports prediction models, event probability estimation, real-time analytics, dynamic pricing or decision-support systems based on continuously changing data.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nstatistical and probabilistic models for event prediction\n\npredictive modelling using historical and real-time data\n\nprobability estimation and model calibration\n\ndevelopment of models supporting dynamic pricing and decision-making\n\nanalysis of complex event sequences and time-dependent variables\n\nfeature engineering and selection\n\nMonte Carlo simulations and scenario analysis\n\nevaluation of model accuracy, stability and performance\n\nmodel backtesting and validation\n\nintegration of predictive models with production data platforms\n\ncollaboration with Data Engineers, Software Engineers and domain specialists\n\nTechnology\nWe are particularly interested in specialists working with Python, NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn and SQL.\nDepending on the project, typical environments may also include XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Bayesian modelling frameworks, MLflow, Docker and cloud platforms.\nStrong foundations in probability theory, statistical inference, optimization and quantitative modelling are essential.\nMust Have\n5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, quantitative research, statistical modelling or related fields\n\nstrong Python programming skills\n\nadvanced knowledge of probability theory and statistics\n\npractical experience developing and validating predictive models\n\nexperience with statistical inference, regression and probabilistic modelling\n\nstrong feature engineering and data analysis skills\n\nexperience with model evaluation, backtesting and calibration\n\ngood SQL skills\n\nability to translate complex analytical problems into mathematical models\n\nunderstanding of model limitations, uncertainty and data quality\n\ngood English\n\nability to communicate quantitative findings to technical and
