This role will partner closely with Manufacturing leaders to deliver day-to-day HR support, provide guidance on employee relations matters, support workforce planning and recruitment activities, and ensure effective execution of HR programs and processes.\nThe successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment, balancing competing priorities while building strong relationships with employees and leaders. This is a hands-on role requiring sound HR judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support organizational growth while maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.\nResponsibilities\nProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to Manufacturing leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.\nSupport workforce ramp-up initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transitions, and workforce planning activities.\nManage and support employee relations matters, including attendance, performance management, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.\nPartner with leaders to address employee issues, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and promote employee engagement and accountability.\nSupport organizational changes, internal movements, job changes, and other workforce-related transactions.\nCoordinate onboarding and integration activities to support the successful placement and retention of new employees.\nMaintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS transactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.\nSupport the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, employment standards, and applicable labour legislation.\nIdentify recurring workforce challenges and recommend practical HR solutions to improve operational effectiveness and the employee experience.\nCollaborate with HR colleagues, Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective HR support.\nContribute to HR initiatives and continuous improvement activities that support Manufacturing objectives and business growth.\nQualifications\nDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR business partnering capacity.\nExperience supporting leaders and employees in a manufacturing, industrial, or other fast-paced operational environment is strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and providing practical HR guidance to leaders.\nWorking knowledge of employment standards legislation, HR policies, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.\nExperience supporting recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a dynamic environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS platforms.\nDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee
