Working within the Talent Acquisition (‘TA’) Team, the TA Specialist will provide proactive sourcing, selection and recruitment services across the organization. The successful candidate must have proven expertise in the implementation of recruitment and selection processes in order to attract and source a diverse and high performing workforce. The TA Specialist’s ability to proactively source, engage and build relationships with talent in highly competitive markets will set the successful candidate apart from their industry peers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIn coordination with the Manager, HR Operations, Vice President, HR and key executives, evaluate recruitment needs and develop resourcing strategies based on operational requirements.\nProvide full cycle recruitment support, including the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates for hiring manager consideration.\nLead and facilitate candidate negotiations, including compensation and employment terms, while fostering positive relationships and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process.\nDevelop candidate pools for re-occurring and high-volume hiring needs, implementing strategies to maintain interested candidates in the talent pipeline.\nIn coordination with the Manager, HR Operations, develop KPI’s and related reporting metrics for the tracking and evaluation of progress against manpower / resourcing plans;
