This includes Professional Services, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Technical Training, Health Checks, Cybersecurity Support, Network Audits, Lifecycle Management and Managed Services.\nKey Responsibilities\nA key objective of the role is to transform our Technical Services from a reactive support function into a strategic business unit that improves customer retention, creates recurring revenue streams, and strengthens Westermo's position as a trusted industrial networking partner.\nBuilding and managing the technical resources will also be a key requirement to ensure that day-to-day product support continues, along with delivering our in-house and customer-based training courses..\nSo, who are we looking for?\nWe are looking for an experienced and commercially minded technical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and developing people. You will combine a strong technical background in industrial networking with the ability to identify customer needs, develop value-added services and turn opportunities into sustainable business growth.\nYou will be confident working with customers, leading and developing a technical team, and collaborating closely with Sales and other parts of the business. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential, together with the ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable getting involved in technical issues and customer projects when required\nRequirements:\nStrong knowledge of Ethernet and industrial networking.\n\nUnderstanding of industrial cybersecurity, including IEC 62443 and CRA.\n\nExperience leading and developing technical teams.\n\nStrong customer-facing troubleshooting and consultancy skills.\n\nA commercial mindset with the ability to develop technical and lifecycle services.\n\nOh, and don’t worry if you’re not an expert in everything described; you’ll learn.\nIn return, we offer: You will be working at the forefront of technology in a friendly, open culture where we you get the opportunity to learn from skilled colleagues every day.
