# Lifecycle & Technical Services Manager

Role Purpose The Lifecycle & Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading and developing Westermo UK's Technical Services function, ensuring the delivery of world-class technical support whilst growing a profitable lifecycle services business. The role combines leadership of the Technical Support Team with the development and execution of service offerings that maximise customer value throughout the lifecycle of Westermo solutions. This includes Professional Services, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Technical Training, Health Checks, Cybersecurity Support, Network Audits, Lifecycle Management and Managed Services. Key Responsibilities A key objective of the role is to transform our Technical Services from a reactive support function into a strategic business unit that improves customer retention, creates recurring revenue streams, and strengthens Westermo's position as a trusted industrial networking partner. Building and managing the technical resources will also be a key requirement to ensure that day-to-day product support continues, along with delivering our in-house and customer-based training courses..
