This role will also include contributing to the development of best practices and active participation in presales activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Architecture:\nLead and assist with the development and design of end-to-end processes for BC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional design documents and configuration specifications.\n\nDesign scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions that integrate with existing systems.\n\nIdentify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.\n\nImplementation & Deployment\nProvide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants on the implementation of BC solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.\n\nEnsure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges.\n\nTechnology Integrations:\nOversee the integration of BC systems with other enterprise applications\n\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.\n\nProject Management:\nCollaborate with Project Managers to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope.\n\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\nEngage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.\n\nConduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs and implementation plans.\n\nEmbody Western Computers Gold Standard of Customer Experience expectations when interacting with stakeholders.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance solutions.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills\n\nAbility to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.\n\nExcellent understanding of Business Central with regard to area of focus.\n\nDynamics Business Central certifications.\n\nExperience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.\n\nAbility to build strong client relationships and articulate how Dynamics BC can add value to their business.\n\nExperience designing and coordinating multiple BC full cycle deployments.\n\nWorked on multiple successful implementations both on-site and remote.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills are required.\n\nStrong understanding and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nThe Perks\nStellar Salary: Get ready to be rewarded handsomely, with a competitive OTE ranging from $140k - $160k USD per year.
