It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLeads advanced technical quality improvement and innovation.\nConducts sophisticated quality monitoring and data analysis.\nProvides expert technical mentorship and skill development.\nApplies advanced technical expertise for comprehensive quality assurance.\nDevelops and implements innovative technical solutions for complex issues.\nOffers specialized cross-functional technical support.\nLead cross-site technical improvement projects for key components and materials.\nAnalyze quality trends using statistical methods (SPC, Cpk, DOE) and generate actionable insights\nMentor engineers and technicians in technical problem-solving, FMEA, and advanced SQE practices.\nDrive supplier technical qualification and ensure process control at the source.\nLead root cause investigations and validate effectiveness of implemented solutions.\nCollaborate with supplier for Digital Transformation deployment, eQMS, dashboards, and predictive tools.\nContribute to the definition and improvement of technical standards, inspection criteria, and control documentation.\nSupport NPI and localization programs with technical assessments and manufacturability reviews.\nDrive digital transformation, AI and predictive quality. \n REQUIRED:\nBachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Semiconductor Engineering or related field\nExperience at least 8 years in Engineering or related field\nPREFERRED:\nStrong technical knowledge of Electronic, Semiconductor manufacturing processes and circuit design\nKnowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management and Electronic manufactorer\nKnowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts, AI and Data analystic\nKnowledge of Electrical failure analysis in PCBA and Semiconductor\nSKILLS:\nFluent English communication and Computer operation\nProblem solving and Decision making skills\nData analysis skills (Excel, basic statistics)\nProject Management skills\nInnovation skills\nCoaching skills\nAI and Digital Analytic\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
