Applies validation methodologies and tools to support product qualification and reliability assessment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport characterization test for engineering changes, firmware/ code, and engineering changes qualification\nExecute tests with understanding of purpose and capture meaningful observations and failure context beyond pass/fail results \nMonitor running tests and identify abnormal behaviors or interruptions \nAnalyze test results, perform failure analysis, and provide engineering recommendations \nHighlight anomalies and escalate potential quality concerns \nSupport failure analysis and root-cause investigation with guidance from senior staff. \nMaintain and update test scripts and methodologies under guidance\nFollow test methodologies, checklists, and quality standards\nTrack assigned tasks and report status to team members\nSupport factory or customer issue investigation as assigned \nDevelop tools/script for test process improvement\nParticipate in training and continuously develop technical skills \n REQUIRED\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent \nFresh graduate or ≤2 years relevant experience PREFERRED:\n\nBasic programming knowledge (Python, C/C++, or scripting) \nFamiliarity with Linux environment is an advantage \nExposure to data analysis tools (Excel, MATLAB, Power BI, etc.) \nInterest in automation or AI-assisted engineering tools \n\nSKILLS\nWillingness to learn and take feedback \nGood attention to detail and execution discipline \nBasic analytical and troubleshooting ability \nGood communication and teamwork \nOrganized and responsible in completing assigned tasks \n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
