Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.\n REQUIRED\nCurrently pursuing BSc (Hons) in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)\nGood knowledge in C#.NET, VB.NET, LINQ , Python and Winsurf \nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.\nGood knowledge of MS SQL Server\nPREFERRED\nInterested in manufacturing-related environment\nKnowledge of other programming languages or frameworks\nGood in preparing test cases and executing test plan\nAbility to document requirements and specifications\nPossess full-stack development skills\nSKILLS\nDemonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/ verbal).\nStrong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization\nSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment\nWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
