Lead Asia logistics operational transformation across enterprise systems such as ERP, OTM, and GTM to significantly enhance process flow, cycle time, cost efficiency, and service performance. Develop and mentor team members to foster strong collaboration and innovative solution creation. Support and promote employee engagement in safety, health, CSR initiatives, and other company activities.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n1. Logistics Strategy & Digital Transformation\nDrive AI and automation adoption of Asia Logistics, warehouse and transportation best practices, including digital logistics, automation, visibility tools, cost management programs, ERP (Oracle Cloud), OTM/GTM, and WMS.\nPartner with IT Global teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that optimize logistics and transportation operations.\n2. Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement\nLead Asia Logistics operation performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service quality.\nMake informed and timely decisions, challenge the status quo, and address complex or difficult issues as required to ensure delivery of results\n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate among Global COE, Manufacturing, IT, and Senior Leadership to define end-user requirements, align project priorities, and deliver key milestones for new implementations and enhancements.\nDemonstrates the ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as with key customers. Gather, analyze, and communicate end-user feedback to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.\n4. Safety, Compliance & Corporate Programs\nPromote safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance within the team.\nSupport and actively participate in company initiatives, including CSR, 6S, BCM, and other related programs.\n REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience preferably with Supply Chain & Logistics field.\nSKILLS:\nExperience with Project & Improvement Management.\nExcellent English communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders\nProficiency in AI agent, ERP Oracle Cloud, OTM/GTM, WMS, and automation tools\nAdvanced MS Office and Power BI reporting/ dashboard skills\nInfluencing skills to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional teamwork.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
