This role is responsible for leading a mixed team comprising Senior Leaders, Leaders, Technicians, Coordinators, and Operators to ensure all products meet WD quality and production standards. The Supervisor drives day-to-day floor operations, enforces process discipline, and collaborates with Engineering to resolve quality issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily FQAP operations across shifts, managing a team of Leaders, Technicians, Coordinators, and Operators.\nMeet daily shipment as per Dept objective\nMonitor production and quality output; track key metrics (parts transaction targets, throughput) and escalate issues promptly.\nLead PI Count\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality non-conformances and escapes.\nEnsure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, and process control plans on the production floor.\nConduct shift handovers, team briefings, and coordinate manpower planning and scheduling.\nCoach, develop, and assess team members including Technicians, Coordinators, Leaders, and Operators.\nLiaise with Manufacturing Engineering and Process teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.\nMaintain audit readiness; ensure ESD, safety, and cleanroom compliance at all times.\nPrepare and present shift/daily performance reports to the Manager.\n Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field\nExperience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production, technical training, or learning and development within a manufacturing environment.\nSupervisory: Min. 2 years leading a production or quality team (Technicians, Operators, Leaders)\nTechnical Skills: Familiar with SPC, FMEA, RCA/CAPA, and production floor control systems\nSystems: Working knowledge of MES/ERP systems; proficient in MS Office\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
