This role ensures product accuracy, traceability, quality, and timely processing to support production and shipment requirements.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform FG receiving, packing, staging, palletizing, and material handling activities.\nVerify product information, part number, lot status, quantity, and labels before processing.\nIdentify and segregate OK, HOLD, QA sample, and other product statuses accordingly.\nOperate applicable manufacturing systems such as MESA, PBL, MPS, and eSPIM.\nEnsure correct packing, labeling, carton arrangement, and pallet preparation.\nIdentify and escalate product, packaging, system, or process abnormalities.\nMaintain accurate production records and perform proper shift pass-down.\nFollow SOP, Work Instruction, quality, safety, ESD, and 7S requirements.\nSupport production and shipment requirements to meet expected TAT.\nSupport PN1-PN2 cross-plant operations whenever required.\nAble to work in cleanroom environment and rotating 12-hour shifts.\nCarry out other tasks as assigned by Line Leader, Coordinator, Technician, or Engineer.\n REQUIRED:\nTechnical Certificate, SPM, or equivalent.\n1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nBasic computer and manufacturing system knowledge.\nGood attention to detail and ability to follow SOP and Work Instructions.\nGood teamwork and communication skills.\nPREFERRED:\nExperience in HDD/media manufacturing, FG packing, palletizing, or material handling would be an added advantage.\nFamiliarity with MESA, PBL, MPS, eSPIM, barcode scanners, and label printers is preferred.\nSKILLS:\nProduction Operation - Able to perform FG handling, packing, staging, and palletizing activities.\nQuality Awareness - Able to identify product, label, packing, and status abnormalities.\nSystem Operation - Basic knowledge of manufacturing and inventory systems.\nProblem Solving - Able to identify and escalate operational issues appropriately.\nCommunication & Teamwork - Able to work effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and supporting teams.\nSafety & 7S - Understand and comply with manufacturing safety, ESD, and workplace 7S requirements.\nAdaptability - Able to support different shifts, workstations, and work locations as required.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
