It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Manage and oversee payroll processes for all countries in the EMEA region\nEnsure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of payroll (and associated processes) across the EMEA region\nDemonstrate extensive knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and best practices related to payroll and total rewards administration\nReview and maintain payroll records and reports\nLead and mentor a team of payroll professionals\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes\nManage vendor relationships and ensure payroll systems are optimized for efficiency\nAssume primary responsibility for payroll related audits in the EMEA region\nAssume primary responsibility for implementation of payroll related projects in the EMEA region\n 10+ years of experience in payroll management across the EMEA region\nPrevious payroll experience in EMEA is essential/required\nStrong understanding of EMEA payroll practices and regulations\nExperience managing a team of payroll professionals\nProficient in using payroll and HRIS software, with the ability to analyze and interpret payroll and HR data (Workday and ADP Celergo preferred)\nStrong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with local and regional HR and Finance teams\nBachelor's (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting or HR strongly preferred\n Based on our experience, we anticipate that the application deadline will be 12/19/26, although we reserve the right to close the application process sooner if we hire an applicant for this position before the application deadline.
