It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Plan and purchase precious metal according to precious metal target demand in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery.\nManage and process PR per guided lead time to support production need and timely settle consumed precious target.\nProvide long-term forecasts to suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.\nTarget (precious metal) shipment follows up & supplier delivery monitoring.\nManage precious metal target turn over, track precious metal movement, monitor pool account and reconciliation activities.\nManage and control inventory level according to management goal set.\nManage End of Life (EOL) and inventory aging risk to minimize material exposure.\nPrepare reports and updates as and when required.\nBuild, maintain, and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.\nTo comply with Legal requirements (EMS, OHSMS), Regulatory Requirements (RBA, QMS, IMS), purchasing policies and procedures.\nSupport SOX/IMS/BCMS activity and audit compliance.\nCoach and train junior staff in all procurement matters.\nParticipate in cost saving projects and support Commodity Manager on cost saving analysis.\nSupport Commodity Manager on Supplier Performance Review activity and data compilation.\nParticipate in alternative or 2nd source development.\nSupport NPI purchase requisition.\nEnterprise Risk Management (ERM) and mitigation action execution.\n Qualifications :\nBachelor’s degree or higher in any field\n3-5 years of relevant working experience in electronic or manufacturing environment.\nProcurement and planning related experience.\nSkills :\nKnowledge of procurement, supply chain activities and MRP system (Material Requirement Planning)\nGood command of spoken and written English\nPreferred :\nComputer literacy, proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point\nPossess good analytical and logical thinking.\nGood negotiation, communication, and coordination skills\nFlexible and adaptable\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
