This role combines hands-on Equipment ownership and operational excellence with applied engineering analysis, ensuring consistent equipment stability, product quality, yield improvement, and Capacity Improvement and OEE. The engineer will also contribute to data-driven research and improvement initiatives to advance equipment capability.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation improvements.\nAssist in designing, testing, and implementing automation solutions, including hardware and software components.\nSupport the integration of control systems, sensors, actuators, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize performance.\nDocument project progress, technical specifications, and outcomes for future reference and compliance. Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve system capabilities.\nDeliver Factory/Equipment digitalization solution and IIOT proliferation. \n REQUIRED:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
