The role will analyze and interpret financial and operating results, identify key business drivers, and communicate findings to stakeholders.\nKey responsibilities include PVMC analysis, forecasting and variance analysis, revenue and margin forecasting, ROI analysis for new product initiatives, and ad hoc financial analysis supporting Business Unit operations.\nThe Financial Analyst will also evaluate existing financial processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, document requirements, and help develop scalable analytical tools and processes that improve efficiency and support business growth.\nEssential Functions\nSupport monthly financial forecasting and planning activities.\nSupport consolidation of weekly risks and opportunities (R&O).\nPrepare quarter-end financial reporting and analysis.\nSupport management reporting and business reviews.\nPerform PVMC, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.\nDevelop variance and bridge analyses comparing actual results with forecasts and plans.\nPrepare ad hoc financial analyses and consolidated reporting for management review.\nTranslate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for business partners and Finance leadership.\nPresent analysis and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and collaborative manner.\nPartner cross-functionally to identify business drivers, risks, opportunities, and potential financial impacts.\nDocument existing methodologies and work with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nPerform gap analyses of financial systems, reporting tools, and processes, and document requirements for improvement.\nApply financial insights to support business decisions related to profitability, efficiency, investment, and anticipated returns.\nManage assigned deliverables and communicate progress, risks, and results to appropriate stakeholders.\n Required\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nRelevant experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, or a related finance function.\nStrong understanding of financial concepts, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, and P&L.\nExperience with forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.\nWorking knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting concepts.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify business drivers and translate analysis into actionable insights.\nAbility to communicate financial and technical information clearly to a range of audiences.\nAbility to build effective cross-functional working relationships.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within established timelines.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and conducting business ethically.\nPreferred\nExperience in the hardware, technology, semiconductor, storage, or related industry.\nExperience with financial planning and forecasting systems.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, and/or Oracle EPBCS.\nExperience using Power Pivot, DAX, Power Query, SQL, or similar analytical tools.\nMaster’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nSkills\nFinancial planning, forecasting, and modeling\nRevenue, margin, and profitability analysis\nVariance and bridge analysis\nData analysis and visualization\nProcess improvement and automation\nFinancial systems and reporting tools\nCross-functional business partnership\nClear written and verbal communication\nOrganization and attention to accuracy\nAbility to prioritize effectively in a dynamic business environment\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCompensation & Benefits Details\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.\nThe salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
