This role works closely with Process Engineers to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve post-sputter processes. The technician plays a key role in sustaining process performance and supporting new process qualifications.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitor and maintain process control parameters\nReview and respond to SPC charts and process alarms\nAssist in root cause analysis of yield excursions and process issues\nSupport design of experiments (DOE) and process trials\nPerform process qualification runs and collect data for engineering analysis\nImplement approved recipe adjustments under engineering guidance\nDocument process changes and maintain process control documentation\n Academic Qualification :\nDiploma in Mechanical / IT / Automation / Electronics\nExperience and Skills Required :\nMinimum 2 - 3 year's experience in process or manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage.\nKnowledge in Excel , Word & Power Point\nGood technical presentation skill.\nGood communication skill. \n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
