It involves leading Sputter Process Improvement Projects and supervising as well as training technicians and engineering specialists.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo plan, coordinate, and follow up on sputter systems start-up/conversion activities and process documentation.\nTo audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.\nTo lead sputter process-related issues troubleshooting (common causes), work closely with the shift process team in sputter process sustaining, troubleshooting & improvement to achieve sputter utilization (downtime), yield & quality goals.\nTo lead Sputter Process Improvement Projects (SU/STT/Cost/Quality/PPH & others), which include new products/machines/process qualification.\nTo lead, supervise, and coach/train process technicians daily activity, including engineering specialists and characterize technicians to maximize work effieciency.\nResponsible for sputter process-related issues troubleshooting (common causes), working closely with the Shift process team in sputter process sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement to achieve sputter utilization (downtime) & quality goals.\nResponsible for leading and coaching/training process tech, including engineering specialists and characterization technicians. Responsible for training and sharing the PMR/DS sputter process and yield improvement knowledge with the team.\nResponsible for sputter parameters monitoring, including online SPC monitoring and procedure conformance.\nResponsible for sputter machine start-up, including process characterization (new products & process changes).\nResponsible for new products/machines/process qualification.\nResponsible for sputter process improvement projects (SU/STT/Cost/Quality/PPH & others).\nUnderstand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely\nFollow safety and health rules\nResponsible for assisting in sputter yield-related issues troubleshooting (common causes).\nWork closely with Anelva yield team in sputter yield sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement in order to achieve the sputter yield goal.
