This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who can drive architecture, lead complex initiatives across teams, and guide solutions from concept through deployment and long-term evolution.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep full-stack engineering expertise with strong technical judgment, cross-functional influence, and a practical approach to solving business problems at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, development, deployment, and long-term support of scalable web applications, APIs, and supporting services.\nDrive complex initiatives across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, release planning, deployment, and operational support.\nPartner with stakeholders across customer support, engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.\nEstablish technical direction for frontend and backend application development, including framework selection, system design patterns, integration strategies, and engineering standards.\nDesign and optimize relational data models, database schemas, queries, and integrations to support business-critical workflows.\nLead resolution of complex application, data, and system integration issues, and implement durable corrective and preventive actions.\nReview code, mentor engineers, and raise the overall quality bar through best practices in software design, testing, documentation, observability, and maintainability.\nInfluence engineering processes, technical roadmaps, and modernization efforts, including improvements to legacy systems, developer productivity, and platform reliability.\nCollaborate across multiple teams to align technical solutions with strategic priorities while balancing hands-on contribution with technical leadership.\n Required Qualifications\nBS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.\n8+ years of professional software development experience in C#, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.\n8+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nStrong experience building modern web frontends using frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js, React, Angular, Bootstrap, or equivalent technologies.\nStrong experience with server-side web development using C# / ASP.NET or comparable backend frameworks.\nStrong experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.\nDemonstrated experience leading technical projects from requirements through production release and ongoing support.\nExperience defining architecture, technical standards, and scalable design approaches for business applications.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and lead through collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with significant depth in C# and ASP.NET.\nDeep SQL development and performance tuning experience across Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.\nExperience modernizing legacy web applications and improving maintainability, performance, scalability, and user experience.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development practices.\nExperience mentoring engineers and serving as a technical lead across multiple concurrent efforts.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality-for example code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, debugging, and code review support-while
