It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Oversee the operation, maintenance, enhancement, cost optimization, and project execution related to the plant’s Electrical, Fire Protection, and Public Address (PA) systems including contracted services.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead and provide technical guidance to teams and resolve system issues.\nEnsure the reliability, quality, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and infrastructure.\nBreakdown issue/crisis (upset) management during off-working hours, weekends, and public holidays.\nMaintain, monitor, and update High Tension (HT), Low Tension (LT), and emergency power distribution systems across the factory.\nCoordinate with the Engineering Team to establish manufacturing equipment and utility requirements.\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with facilities reliability and quality standards.\nPlan, supervise, and manage electrical projects, system upgrades, and outsourced service contracts.\nMonitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.\nDevelop and maintain all necessary specifications, operating procedures, and work instructions, ensuring documentation is current and properly managed.\nEnsure full compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and other applicable certifications, including RBA.\nCollaborate with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team to assess and mitigate safety hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.\nLiaise with relevant authorities and insurance representatives to facilitate annual Fire Certificate inspections and audits.\nMonitor and control electrical utility costs to achieve cost-effective operations.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and expense reduction across facilities and utilities systems.\n REQUIRED:\nDegree Holder in Engineering - Electrical & Electronic\nCandidate with competency certificate; certified by professional body will be an added advantage.\nCandidate with minimum 5 to 7 years’ working experience.\nPREFERRED:\nAbility to work with minimal supervision and a team player.\nWorking experience in clean room environment will be an added advantage.\nHard working, self-driven, integrity, good communication skills and has teamwork capability.\nSKILLS\nExpertise in Electrical, Fire Protection, and Public Address systems, capable of ensuring safe, reliable operations through strong technical knowledge, regulatory compliance, problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-functional coordination.\nComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Power Point, Excel, and Word required.
