The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and be ready to apply them in a dynamic environment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCapacity planning for assigned operations with new technology integration. Acquisition equipment to support capacity plan for SF/SDET/HGACapacity Plan per Demand ramp\nAllocate equipment capacity per requirement\nCoordinate on Activity to support daily/weekly plan\n\nCoordinate on capacity related such as new process, modify or change of process\nManage capacity to support MPS/R8Q and provide opportunity \nProvide and work on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)\nInitiate and Collaborate on Productivity Improvement\nCost structure analysis and Drive cost reduction project throughout the site\nProvide standard on LHPU (Labor hour per unit), MCT (Mfg. Cycle Time), Line Balancing and all other standards\nEnsure commonality/standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field\nMinimum 5 - 7 years of experience working in the factory environment\nTechnical and specialist for data analytic\nAdvanced skills in MS Offices and MS Project\nGood command of written and spoken English\nExperience to Transforming/Transformation experience emphasis, Aligned to manufacturing/operations context. \nPREFERRED:\nPrevious experience in Planning and Execution in IE jobs in the factory environment\nPrevious experience in Cost reduction, Cost structure analysis\nPower BI, Python, Smartsheet, Minitab, and Simulation will be an advantage\nAI integration to manual process optimization\nSKILLS:\nExperience in long-term strategic planning vs. short-term operational scheduling. Developing and maintaining capacity models.\nUses algorithms for more accurate planning and predictive modeling\nExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization\nExperience with data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and ensuring data integrity. Familiarity with SQL is typically required for data retrieval (optional).\nSelf-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment\nStrong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs\nAbility to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short-term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues\nDemonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others\nAbility to solve immediate problems\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
