It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThis job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:\nPerforms technical support activities related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.\nDevelops MFG tool and equipment to improve product quality and cost.\nCoordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to operation support.\nProvides work guidance to other engineers.\nEstablishes appropriate performance report and performs related work as assigned.\nReleases, adds and changes process instruction.\nPerforms manufacturing quality monitoring, improvement, problem solving\nGives advise for team performance improvement per section goal setting with proper training and supervision.\n REQUIRED:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics/Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.\nExperience at least more than 5-7 years in Manufacturing process\n5-7 years in equipment of HSA/HDD Manufacturing.\nStrong hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming and manufacturing automation systems.\nFamiliarity with automation concepts and control systems\nKnowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management, ESD & Contamination\nSKILLS:\nData analysis skills Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts \nDemonstrate a good level of English proficiency (Speaking/Written)\nInnovation skill\nProblem solving and Decision making skill.\nProject Management Skill.\n #LI-EL1\nWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
