It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Primary Duties & Responsibilities\nIn charge Operation for new lines start up activities.\nLead shift coordinators across Cleaning, Sputter, Lube and Test to ensure smooth operations.\nReview and prepare pass-down reports for incoming shifts.\nAct as backup to the Operations Manager when required.\nConduct daily production meetings and deliver shift updates.\nEnsure strict compliance with rules, regulations, and SOPs.\nPlan and deploy manpower effectively to meet production needs, manage attendance and discipline, schedule overtime when required.\nAssist the Production Manager in executing daily operations and achieving production targets.\nMonitor machine utilization and line performance to meet output requirements.\nEscalate issues proactively to relevant PICs and management.\nManage and clear over-WIP inventory, coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on disposal of problematic lots.\nPerform MESA transactions, WIP tracking, and meet PI Count audit with zero discrepancy.\nEnsure compliance with IMS/RBA standards and maintain exemplary conduct.\nLead line audits and enforce 7S housekeeping practices.\nEnsure products meet required quality, safety, and customer standards.\nParticipate in FMEA, 8D, and SPC activities.\nSupport cross-functional teams and take on additional operational responsibilities as needed.\n Required :\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.(candidates with less experience may be considered based on job scope and training support).\n\nPreferred :\nExperience in Lean Manufacturing or quality improvement projects is an advantage.\nSkills :\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
