It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo lead, supervise and coach/train technicians\nCoordinate and follow-up sputter systems activities from front end until back end and process documentation. \nTo audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.\nWork closely with each shift team members in sputter process sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement in order to achieve sputter utilization (down time), yield & quality goal.\nUnderstand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely.\nOther supervisor assigned tasks.\n REQUIRED:\nB.Sc. / M.Sc. of Physics, Material science or any engineering field.\nSKILLS:\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing related field, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.\nDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.\nStrong technical report writing and presentation skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
