You will oversee team performance, workload allocation, production ramp-ups, and new product introductions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.\nKey Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:\nLead Technicians in sustaining manufacturing processes, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.\nLead Engineering Operators in productivity optimization and continuous improvement activities.\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for manufacturing and test-related issues.\nConduct performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning\nCoordinate workload allocation and shift coverage\nSupport production ramp activities and new product introductions (NPI)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Product Engineering, Program Management) to resolve issues and improve processes\nImplement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and variability\nEnsure engineering documentation is accurate and up to date\nMaintain compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards\nSupport internal and external audits as required\n Education and Work Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study.\nAtleast 7 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing engineering, process engineering, test engineering or a related manufacturing environment, along with experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.\nExperience in the manufacturing process optimization, equipment troubleshooting and resolving production and test-related issues are highly desired.\nExperience managing team performance, workload allocation, shift coverage, and employee development.\nFamiliarity with engineering documentation, quality management systems, EHS requirements, and manufacturing regulatory compliance.\nExperience participating in internal and external audits is an advantage.\nSkills and Competency Requirements:\nAbility to analyze manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment and test-related issues, and implement effective solutions.\nProficiency in root cause analysis, data analysis, corrective action planning, and process optimization.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, manage workloads, and coordinate shift coverage to meet production requirements.\n Ability to maintain accurate engineering records, technical documentation, work instructions, and performance reports.\nUnderstanding of EHS practices, quality standards, regulatory requirements, audit processes, and manufacturing controls.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with manufacturing systems, data reporting tools, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).\nAbility to lead teams, establish clear expectations, take ownership of operational results, and ensure accountability for deliverables.\nMakes timely, data-driven decisions to address manufacturing challenges while balancing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.\nBuilds effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve shared operational objectives.\nFocuses on achieving production targets, improving equipment and process performance, reducing downtime, and maintaining product quality\nOther Requirements:\nOpen to employment opportunities in Binan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.\nOpen to an onsite work arrangement.\nOpen to a shifting work schedule.\nImportant Reminders:\nWe provide free medical examination.\nWe do not collect any original requirements.\nWe do not collect any fees at any stage of the hiring process\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
