ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track eNCS issuance by operations and categories
- Manage on-hold/off-hold in accordance to eNCS cases
- Follow up and work with respective QC/QA engineers closely for accurate on-hold & prompt off-hold
- Alert QA in case of any parts already shipped out during on-hold.
- Constant checking on QC Engineers/QC Leaders to ensure accurate and on time triggering to minimize on-hold
- Provide guidance and training to technicians to ensure enough and accurate supporting data to aid process owners troubleshooting during issuance of eNCS.
- Work closely within QC & with QA to review rework data & off-hold assessment efficiently.
- Identify potential escapees, correct on-hold time frame as provided/discussed with Process owners.
- Attend Daily Production/Quality meeting, Weekly QC/QA improvement meeting & Yield Focus
- Drive or handle specific projects related to QC improvement.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related experience.
- Between 4-7 years of relevant work experience
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and related software applications
- Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
