It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Manage and review the calculation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740\nManage and review current and deferred tax calculations and tax account reconciliations\nManage and review GAAP income tax accounting models including APB23, FIN 48, stock-based compensation, 163(j), and CAMT\nAnalyze effective tax rate drivers and communicate key variances to management\nManage income tax footnote disclosures, tax-related journal entries, and supporting schedules for SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q)\nMonitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards and assess financial reporting impacts\nPrepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns, including managing provision-to-return reconciliations\nAssist with tax audits, notices, and information requests from taxing authorities\nConduct tax planning and research focused on domestic tax law changes, GAAP accounting impacts, and financial reporting implications for SEC filings\nSupport tax department SOX 404 compliance including documentation\nIdentify opportunities to improve tax provision processes through automation and technology solutions\nSupervise, mentor, and develop tax department staff\nBuild and foster strong cross-functional relationships within and outside of the tax department\nCoordinate with external auditors to manage quarterly and annual tax provision reviews and audits\n Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting\nCPA license required.
