It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n Job Summary:\nThe Sputter Process Technician is responsible for executing process characterization activities, ensuring sputter process meets key performance parameters, and supporting production through process monitoring and adjustments.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials.\nConduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV), including pressure, temperature, and voltage.\nPerform measurements and data collection for characterization samples.\nMonitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production to ensure process stability and product quality.\nPerform process adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and resolve deviations.\nAssist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime.\nMaintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and adjustments.\nAdhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times.\n REQUIRED:\nDiploma or certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.\nPREFERRED:\nAt least 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations is an advantage.\nSKILLS:\nKnowledge of process control parameters and measurement techniques.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
