It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.\nWe’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.\nJoin us and let’s shape the future of data.\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist in setting up and troubleshooting test equipment, including Testcell, Tester, Bagger, VDCS, and Conveyor systems, under the guidance of senior technicians or engineers.\nSupport troubleshooting and resolution of Testcell yield issues to maintain product quality and throughput.\nAssist in investigations for quality incidents related to test equipment and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nAssist in performing product conversions on test equipment to support various production requirements.\nMonitor key process input variables (KPIVs) using tools such as the KPOV database, OEE tracking, Maintenance Logs, and the Digital Preventive Maintenance system.\nSupport equipment upgrade and continuous improvement projects under the direction of senior technicians or engineers.\nAssist engineers and senior technicians with daily tasks and contribute to special projects as required.\nEnsure compliance with ISO standards and documentation practices.\nAdhere strictly to all safety rules and cleanroom protocols.\nPerform equipment checklists in accordance with standard operating procedures.\n Qualifications\nREQUIRED:\nDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.\n1-2 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.\nFresh graduates with a Diploma are encouraged to apply.\nBasic knowledge of mechanical systems (motors, bearings, gears, conveyors, pumps, compressors) and electrical systems (AC/DC, sensors, relays).\nBasic familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, and pressure controls.\nAbility to read and interpret basic technical documentation (electrical diagrams, equipment manuals) with guidance.\nUnderstanding of fundamental failure mechanisms and ability to assist in isolating, detecting, and correcting equipment issues.\nProficiency in using MS Windows Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.\nKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment (Lockout/Tagout, PPE usage).\nPREFERRED:\nBasic exposure to PLC concepts and automation/controls.\nExposure to preventive maintenance activities.\nBasic experience with Test & Measurement equipment.\nSKILLS:\nTechnical Aptitude - Eagerness and ability to learn hands-on maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on industrial machinery.\nTroubleshooting - Basic logical fault isolation and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical issues, with guidance from senior staff.\nTool & Instrument Proficiency - Basic familiarity with the use of multimeters, calipers, torque wrenches, and other common diagnostic tools.\nCommunication - Ability to clearly relay technical findings to colleagues, senior technicians, and supervisors.\nSafety Awareness - Knowledge and practice of safe work procedures in industrial settings.\nTeamwork - Effective collaborator across production, engineering, and quality teams.\nAdaptability - Capable of handling unexpected equipment issues and evolving responsibilities.\nContinuous Learning - Strong willingness to learn new machines, processes, and emerging automation technologies.\n WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
