A reasonable estimate of the current range is: \nGrade: Services 206Pay Range: $22.64 - $32.83Job Description\nAs an Account Partnership Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between students, sponsors, and university stakeholders to support sponsored student accounts. Through your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to compliance, you will help drive student satisfaction, retention, and graduation outcomes.What You'll Do\nSupport billing and invoicing processes for all third-party sponsored students.\nTrack, prepare, and distribute student invoices while adhering to university deadlines and policies.\nResearch and resolve time-sensitive account issues with accuracy and urgency.\nManage internal and external communications regarding sponsorship letters, tuition payments, and account balances.\nMaintain accurate and timely stakeholder communications within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.\nPartner with internal teams and external sponsors to resolve escalated student account concerns and reconcile accounts.\nEnsure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations, as well as established accounting principles and procedures.\nWhat You'll Bring\nAssociate's Degree.\n1 year of experience in a student accounts, finance, or accounting role, preferably within a higher education setting.\nHighly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent analytical, computational, and mathematical abilities with an aptitude for numbers and financial data.\nStrong understanding of accounting theory, practices, and procedures.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data analysis functions.\nAdditional Qualifications\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness.\nAbility to think critically and use data to make informed decisions.\nStrong work ethic and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with guidance and direction from management.\nStrong working knowledge of general accounting practices and federal financial aid regulations, rules, and procedures.\nStrong working knowledge of FERPA regulations, rules, and procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.\nBonus Points\nBachelor's Degree.\nExperience with student information systems such as Banner.\nExperience working with federal financial aid programs and processes.\nExperience in Lieu of Education\nEquivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.
