is an internship position designed to expose the employee to the information technology field for their continued learning, as well as assist the company in executing necessary tasks and projects.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with taking inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.\nInstall, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.\nManage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.\nCreate and manage users and computers in Active Directory.\nAssist with documenting internal procedures in the knowledge base.\nHelp desk triage and escalation.\nShadow/assist IT team members on help desk tickets and projects.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMust be currently attending an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or certification.\nBackground in desktop support preferred but not required.\nSkills\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).\nAbility to manage multiple priorities & daily workload according to project/assignment deadlines while meeting expectations of quality work.\nAbility to work independently as necessary.\nPhysical Requirments\nFrequently required to: sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects.\nMust be able to perform repetitive motion activities, such as typing, on a regular basis.\nEnvironment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.\nThe employee may be regularly exposed to very dusty and noisy conditions.\nThe employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.\nThe employee may
