In this role, you will support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects, working closely with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to keep activities coordinated and on track. You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while supporting positive customer outcomes and continuous improvement.\nYour Role in Action\nSupport Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects against agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.\nCoordinate project planning, scoping, resourcing and approvals in line with Western Power’s project delivery framework.\n\nMaintain accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, status updates and KPIs.\n\nUndertake project analysis and provide information to support effective planning, decision-making and delivery.\n\nBuild collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating effectively.\n\nMonitor agreed project actions, deliverables and reporting requirements to support timely completion.\n\nMaintain and continuously improve project administration, systems and processes, providing guidance on relevant project methodologies and requirements.\n\nContribute to a positive project environment focused on safety, quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nExperience in project coordination or project delivery, ideally within utilities, infrastructure or a similar environment.\n\nStrong skills in planning, scheduling, reporting, document control and project analysis.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nA proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to identify issues, follow through on actions and continuously improve ways of working.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management and reporting systems.\n\nRelevant project, technical or industry knowledge would be highly regarded.\n\nBy joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
