As part of the team, you will perform investigation into a customer’s transactional history, interview customers over the phone and e-mail or other off-line applications and make a decision whether Western Union services can be used further.\nPerform transactional history analysis, due diligence, and AML Compliance interviews to identify potential consumer fraud or questionable activity in an effort to protect customers and the company.\nEffectively perform inbound and outbound phone interviews (80% of the working time) and offline tasks (20%).\nDuring periods when no calls are being received, associates are expected to maintain productivity by reviewing customer information, validating documentation, and completing other relevant case-related activities.\nEnsure excellent customer service.\nDeliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.\nLearn continuously to enhance AML Compliance products and process knowledge.\nRole Requirements:\nFluency in English - outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).\nAbility to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time.\nBe available to work night shifts and weekends as required.\nExperience in customer service and (or) AML Compliance would be an advantage.\nWorkplace Options\nHYBRID - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible.
