May participate on project teams representing AML Compliance.\nRole Requirements\nDemonstrated knowledge of Sanctions and AML/Banking Regulations strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. \nDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented. \nMust possess well developed interpersonal skills and be able to function well within a team-oriented environment.\nMust be able to perform independently with minimal supervision and with a high level of autonomy. \nAble to take a lead role and provide leadership to others in the department.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business partners. \nCapable of balancing pressure and deadlines with changing priorities.\nIdeal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering well-documented user stories and requirements. \nWorking knowledge of MS Suite is preferred.\nPrefer experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of anti-money laundering acts, laws, and regulations as well as anti-money laundering issues and trends. \nFamiliarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.\nWe make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
