deliver the technology strategy for products and solutions in partnership with functional product owners.\n\nOwn the technical platform and landscape across the full product lifecycle, including deployment, hosting, licensing, SLAs, post-sales support, and continuous enhancement.\n\nIntroduce AI-first tools, practices, and standards to translate user stories into actionable sprints and delivery plans.\n\nAct as the technical product owner and primary technical contact across multiple products and solutions.\n\nLead and coordinate a small team of AI-enabled developers while remaining actively involved in development.\n\nEstablish effective QA, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering practices across the product portfolio.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations to keep products scalable, secure, and competitive.\n\nYour Expertise -\n7-10 years of digital product experience, including at least 2 years building digital products and working as a technical product owner.\n\nHands-on experience using agentic AI for solution design, software development, and unit testing.\n\nExperience building at least one product, add-on, accelerator, or framework extending a standard SAP solution.\n\nExperience using SAP BTP/BAIP or another hyperscaler platform to build and host digital products supporting mission-critical processes.\n\nStrong delivery experience in at least two of the following technology areas:\n\nABAP and OData\nSAPUI5, Fiori, React, or comparable UX frameworks\nRAP, CAP, Java, or Node.js\nSAP HANA Cloud or PostgreSQL\nStrong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS and on-stack add-on architectures.\n\nSolid knowledge of information security and cybersecurity principles.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\n\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience with an enterprise software/product organization.\nDomain knowledge across SAP ERP, SAP EWM, and/or SAP TM.\nUnderstanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture,
