You will identify opportunities to optimise processes and ensure proposed solutions align with the University’s strategic objectives.\nYou will lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities to gather, document and validate complex requirements. You will assess interdependencies and change impacts, prepare feasibility assessments and use cases, and develop business cases that clearly articulate objectives, benefits, costs and risks.\nYou will contribute to testing, validation and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver their intended benefits.
