and products for defects, and to ensure conformance to specifications.\nRecord production and operational data, such as amount of materials processed.\nPush dual control buttons and move controls to start, stop, or adjust machinery and equipment.\nPerform size checks when needed.\nIdentify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.\nPerform pre-shift inspections to ensure quality production.\nMust be attentive to ensure cross ups do not occur.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• Willing to work any shift including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.\nCommitment to safety.\nExcellent attendance record.\nGood communication skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAbility to learn and adapt to change.\nAbility to adhere to all safety policies and regulations including wearing safety equipment.\nAbility to work in noisy enviroment.PHYSICAL\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nAbility to lift at least 40 pounds.\nAbility to work from elevated positions using required safety gear and procedures.\nAbility to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for extended periods of time.\nAble to work in a variety of environmental conditions.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma or GED required.ADDITIONAL COMMENTSPreferred Experience:\nDriving and operating a mobile equipment such as front end loader, skid steer or forklift within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nBasic computer skills.\nExperience working in lumber or wood products industry and/or manufacturing.\nExperience
