Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.\nTransport guests to and from the hotel using the designated shuttle/van.\nAssist guests by lifting and carrying guest baggage on and off the shuttle van, to room, or in bell closet as needed.\nProvide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, attractions, directions, etc. in order to maximize guest satisfaction.\nReport any needed repairs and/or service of the shuttle/van. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.\nAll team members must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance.
