The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.\nStocks cart to ensure that enough cleaning needs, equipment and amenities are available to properly clean each room.\nObserves knocking procedures upon entering a guest room.\nCleans the guest rooms assigned per Hilton and the hotel's expectations. Ensures the amenities are stocked for each cleaned room. Completes entire housekeeping checklist.\nReports clean rooms to supervisor for inspection.\nReports any damages or hazards that are present in guest rooms, i.e., burned out light bulbs, broken furniture, broken lights, etc.\nSecures guest room doors upon exiting the room.\nKeeps the corridors and service area neat at all times.\nTurns in all lost and found items and all guest room keys.\nAdheres to all company policies and procedures.\nFollows safety and security procedures and rules.\nKnows department fire prevention and emergency procedures.\nUtilizes protective equipment.\nReports unsafe conditions to management.\nReports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to management.\nProvides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.\nAll team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
