This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and helping create unforgettable adventures in a fun and safe environment.\nIn this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.\nWhat You'll Do as an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator:\nMonitor and operate attractions including the Air Jumper, Zipline, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, and Bounce House.\nEnsure guests safely enjoy attractions by following all operating procedures and safety guidelines.\nCreate an energetic, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests of all ages.\nCross-train and assist with other resort recreation and activities during slower seasons.\nPartner with other resort departments to promote activities and enhance the overall guest experience.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe activity areas and equipment.\nDeliver exceptional guest service while assisting with daily operations and special events.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.\nWhat You Will Bring as an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator:\nPrevious recreation, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, or guest service experience preferred.\nEnergetic, outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.\nCommitment to safety while providing exceptional customer service.\nRequirements:\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nValid driver's license required to operate company golf carts.\nAbility to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 pounds.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including weekends and holidays.\nRequired to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.\nWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
