You will maintain a clean and organized bar while following responsible alcohol service and company standards.\nIn this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.\nWhat You'll Do as a Bartender:\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.\nProvide friendly, efficient service and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.\nVerify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and follow responsible alcohol service requirements.\nSet up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar, equipment, glassware, and supplies.\nOperate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.\nAssist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining beverage and supply levels.\nWork closely with servers and other Team Members to ensure smooth Food & Beverage operations.\nFollow all safety, sanitation, and company service standards.\n What You Will Bring as a Bartender:\n1-2 years of bartending or related experience required.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nResponsible Vendor/TIPS Certification required.\nKnowledge of drink preparation, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service.\nExperience with POS systems and cash handling.\nStrong guest service, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.\nRequirements:\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.\nMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.\nComfortable working in indoor and outdoor bar environments with moderate noise and varying weather conditions.\nWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
