You will assist guests with menu selections, prepare beverages and treats, maintain inventory, and help create a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.\nIn this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.\nWhat You'll Do as a Cashier:\nGreet guests and Team Members with enthusiasm and provide friendly, professional service.\nPresent and explain menu items while answering guest questions and providing recommendations.\nPrepare gourmet beverages, pastries, and ice cream following established recipes and preparation techniques.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.\nReplenish and restock food, beverage, and service supplies as needed.\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.\nAssist with other food and beverage duties as assigned.\n What You Will Bring as a Cashier:\nMinimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage experience required.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to make sound decisions using good judgment and established company policies.\nAbility to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Florida driver's license.\nRequirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.\nMust be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.\nWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
