You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.\nEmbrace and support the Principles of Service of the Westgate Resort.\nEmbrace and support the service philosophy of the Serenity Spa.\nBe on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.\nProvide consistent professional facial, waxing and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.\nBe flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.\nProperly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.\nHave complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.\nActively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.\nUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spas policies and procedures.\nPerform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.\nCommunicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.\nActively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.\nHandle guests/ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.\nProvide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.\nPossess ability to work without direct supervision.\nMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.\nRegularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.\nAssist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPossess a thorough knowledge of the skin, facial massage, and skin extraction techniques, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of nail polish.\nHave excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific treatment offerings if the Esthetics Coach is unavailable.\n What You'll Bring:\nHold a Current Utah Esthetician license\nHigh school diploma or general education degree GED.\nThe Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nFollow instructions without close supervision.\nMust be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.\nRequired to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.\nIf you love creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests and want to be part of a resort that values teamwork, growth, and great service.
