When you join, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead and support the Bell Services, Shuttle, Valet, and Front Drive teams to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth daily operations.\nWork alongside team members in a hands-on capacity, assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.\nLoad, unload, lift, and transport guest luggage, ski equipment, and other personal belongings safely and efficiently.\nCoordinate dispatching from the Guest Services Desk for efficient guest support.\nTrain team members on arrival/departure standards, luggage handling, guest engagement, and Forbes Service expectations.\nMaintain smooth operations across shuttle transportation, valet support, and equipment handling.\nEnsure accurate tracking, storing, and delivery of guest luggage and packages.\nLead, coach, and support staff while assisting with scheduling and team development.\nConduct vehicle and workplace inspections and ensure supplies are stocked.\nUse problem-solving skills to resolve issues and elevate guest satisfaction.\nCollaborate with departments to support guest needs and resort operations.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.\n 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.\nMust have a valid driver's license with clean driving record for motor vehicle record check.\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.\nMust be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift and move throughout the resort as needed.\nComfortable assisting guests with luggage, equipment, and transportation needs throughout the property.\nWestgate Resorts maintains a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
